Compensation on Purpose
Scott Kelly is a Principal Consultant at Lockton, the world's largest independent, privately held insurance brokerage. As part of the Compensation and Total Rewards practice, he partners with client companies to design, implement, and maintain employee pay programs. Prior to joining Lockton, he spent nearly two decades in the healthcare industry, most recently leading broad-based and executive compensation along with employee benefits as Vice President of Total Rewards for Lifepoint Health. Scott previously held leadership roles in compensation and people analytics at HCA Healthcare. He began his career as a college enrollment professional and transitioned into human resources as a Consultant at Mercer. Scott holds an MBA and MS in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University and a BS in Management Science from State University of New York at Geneseo.
